Digitalization has changed the way we communicate and how we meet people in many ways. In the digital world, we want to get to the right target group and stand out in the middle of a flood of information. In the H2H (human2human) world, the demand for quality customer service is high and it is important for companies to respond and full fill these demands.
The company is founded by Johanna Kärkkäinen, who has accumulated long experience in customer service, tourism and hospitality management. She has recently studied digital and social media marketing and now finishing master's degree studies in marketing and communication management.
